In my experience, it is far easier to sell a home that has been properly staged and presented. These homes generally will move more quickly and for a better price and are perceived as better cared for by the prospective buyers. My advice is: fix it, stage it, and sell it faster (and for a better price).

I am writing to thank you for the work you did that resulted in the sale of my clients Brechin area home. This ocean view character home was extensively remodelled and garnered a lot of attention.
